Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on orders over £34.00 (UK only). Shipping charges apply for orders below this threshold. We aim to dispatch your items from our warehouse within 72 hours (Mon-Fri). Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please note during busy periods such as Black Friday orders can take slightly longer to be dispatched. 

Please note: Tracked 48 does not mean that it will arrive within 48 hours, this is just the name that Royal Mail calls their service. There are sometimes delays with orders with couriers that are out of our control, so please contact us with any issues.

Where is my order?
Please check your tracking link that was emailed at the time of dispatch. You can keep any eye on your order from your account page. 

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return or exchange products within 30 days. We understand you may try a spray or two to test the fragrance, but we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been used more than this or beyond our 30-day return window. Any such items will be sent back to you. Please note that returns are not accepted for any 5ml sample bottles.
